Welcome to Sri Vasam Residency (“Hotel,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your stay, bookings, and use of our services. By making a reservation, checking in, or using our facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Reservations and Payment

• Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A valid government-issued ID (Passport, Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving License, etc.) is mandatory at the time of check-in, as required under Indian law.
• Advance payment may be required to confirm bookings. Balance payment must be made at check-in or check-out, as per hotel policy.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and UPI/digital payment methods.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time: 12:00 Noon
• Check-out time: 12:00 Noon
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
• Guests are requested to inform the front desk in advance for any extensions.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the check-in date will be eligible for a refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will attract a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking amount.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 working days.

4. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and hotel property.
• Illegal, immoral, or disruptive activities are strictly prohibited.
  Smoking is permitted in designated areas / strictly prohibited in rooms.
• Possession or consumption of narcotics, banned substances, or hazardous materials is strictly forbidden.
• Any damage to hotel property caused by a guest will be charged to the guest’s account.

5. Children and Extra Guests

• Children below 10 Years may stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra bedding is available on request, subject to additional charges.
• Maximum occupancy per room is as per room category booked.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

• The Hotel shall not be liable for:
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to use in-room safes (if provided).
  • Injury, accident, or illness occurring during the stay, unless directly caused by Hotel negligence.
  • Disruption of services due to force majeure events (natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, etc.).
• Guests are responsible for their own safety and security.

7. Facilities and Services

• Use of facilities such as Wi-Fi, parking, dining, Swimming, Gym and recreational areas is subject to availability and hotel rules.
• Certain facilities may attract additional charges.
• The Hotel reserves the right to deny or restrict services to any guest in case of misuse, misconduct, or breach of these Terms.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By staying at the Hotel, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [Insert City/Location].

10. Amendments

Sri Vasam Residency reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on our website and shall take effect immediately upon posting.
